PT/Nurse QA Specialist

As a QA Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and auditing home health visit notes to ensure compliance with U.S. Medicare standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining documentation accuracy, ensuring consistency with the patient’s Plan of Care, and upholding quality guidelines and regulatory compliance. 

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy with an active PRC license
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (new board passers are welcome) 
• Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required 
• Willing to work onsite during the day shift (7AM – 4PM)

Medical Coder

As a Medical Coder, you will be responsible for assigning accurate ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) codes to diagnoses, procedures, and treatments documented in the clinical records of home health clients in the United States. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with U.S. Medicare standards and current coding guidelines while supporting accurate billing and high-quality documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or any other allied healthcare program, with an active PRC license
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
• Experience in ICD-10 coding 
• AAPC Member (Certified Professional Coder) is a plus
• Willing to work onsite during the day shift (7AM – 4PM)

EMR Charting Specialist

As an EMR Charting Specialist, you will convert written patient assessments into electronic medical records for U.S. home health agencies. This role involves accurately entering information after reviewing referral documents and other medical records. Your work will support timely and accurate patient care documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy (PRC license is a plus but not required) 
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome to apply) 
•  Healthcare BPO experience is a plus but not required  
• Willing to work onsite during the day shift (7AM – 4PM)

Medical Records Specialist

  • As a Medical Records Specialist, you will manage and organize patient records for home health clients in the United States. Your responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and providing essential information to healthcare professionals to support high-quality patient care.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Biology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or any other allied healthcare programs
    • At least 1 year of clinical experience (fresh graduates and those without a professional license are welcome) 
    • Healthcare BPO experience with familiarity in electronic medical records and Medicare home health guidelines is a plus
    • Able to work independently and in a team
    • Willing to work onsite during the night shift (9PM – 6AM | IT Park, Lahug)

What is the work arrangement?

DAY SHIFT ROLES
You will begin with a 3-month onsite training program. Upon successful completion of the training and evaluation, you will transition to a hybrid work arrangement with 2 days working from home and 3 days onsite per week.

NIGHT SHIFT ROLE
You will work in a fully onsite work arrangement.
