In this role, you will:
- Prepare and calculate billing statements
- Prepare and submit tax forms
- Compile financial records and documents and manage inventory records
- Ensure the accounts receivable and payable are taken care of in a timely manner
- Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting manager such as but not limited to filing, indexing and emailing
- Assist in processing government compliances like SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig
- Assist and consequently conduct financial and internal audits
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Finance, and Business Administration major in Accounting or its equivalent
- Must have a basic knowledge in accounting entries and ledger, BIR reports and remittances, bookkeeping and asset inventory
- With 1 year or less relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong numeracy & analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Trainable, detail-oriented and can work with less supervision
- Proficient in using Google applications (Docs, Spreadsheet, etc.)
- Willing to work in Banilad office
